Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Items must still be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
